2019
The year we were curious
We are Eva and Justin, business partners as well as a family on a journey that allows us to blend lifestyle with small business delights and challenges.
It started in a small London kitchen, when our favourite candle was sold out everywhere. Jokingly we said, “Let’s make our own”, and we did!
But curiosity got the better of us. As we dug deeper, we were shocked to find that many candles, including the ones we loved, were made with cheap, toxic ingredients although the brands label themselves as ” luxury “. Not our idea of luxury then.
What began as a playful idea quickly became a purpose. The more we learned, the clearer it became, there was no going back, we had to make something better.
2021
The year things got serious
We started small, selling locally and before long, companies began approaching us for private label collaborations, this allowed Eva to express her creative side. It felt like everything was falling into place—until you know when in 2020. The world paused, orders slowed and some of our best customers were hit hard.
With the lockdowns came time to reflect, and we realised there was no better moment to make a long held dream a reality: to leave the city. The arrival of our beautiful daughter made the decision even clearer. We packed up, left London behind and took a leap into a quieter, more intentional life, one that would shape not only our family but our brand too.
2025
Where we are now
Today, we are exactly where we hoped to be—in the heart of something meaningful.
There is a real sense of belonging here. Whether you have been with us from the beginning or just found us, you are part of the story now. We have built something that feels less like a business and more like a shared space where creativity, collaboration, and kindness lead the way.
This feeling of connection and purpose gives us a real zest for life, it inspires us every day to pursue an even greener, more sustainable lifestyle and our products reflect it.
There is no big fancy office and a team of clever marketing people behind the brand, it is us and our passion for a wholesome lifestyle.
